WE PROVIDE INFORMATION, TOOLS, AND RESOURCES TO HELP THOSE WITH ANY CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITION NOT ONLY MANAGE THEIR HEALTH CARE AFTER A DIAGNOSIS BUT IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND CAPACITY FOR HEALING.

CARING AMBASSADORS PROGRAM ACCOMPLISHMENTS - NEW CONTENT AND TOOLS WERE DEVELOPED FOR NAVIGATING A DIAGNOSIS OF A CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITION. HEALTH CARE QUESTION BUILDER IS A TOOL DESIGNED BY CARING AMBASSADORS THAT TAKES PATIENTS THROUGH A SERIES OF QUESTIONS THEY MAY WANT TO ASK THEIR HEALTH CARE TEAM AS THEY NAVIGATE THE JOURNEY AHEAD. NEW TOOLS RESULTED IN A 50% INCREASE IN USERS TO OUR WEBSITE AND 37% INCREASE IN SOCIAL MEDIA ENGAGEMENT.
