ADELANTE Y EXITO IS A CULTURAL CELEBRATION WHERE INDIVIDUALS ARE RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR DEDICATION TO THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE LATINO COMMUNITY AND THEIR SUPPORT OF PROGRAMS THAT HELP IMPROVE THE EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES FOR HISPANIC YOUTH.
