PAMOZA EXISTS TO UNITE PRIVILEGED AND UNDERPRIVILEGED COMMUNITIES TO IMPROVE THE LIVES OF PEOPLE LIVING IN RURAL MALAWI BY PROVIDING CHRISTIAN OUTREACH, HEALTH CARE, EDUCATION, ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT, AND AGRICULTURE.

MORE THAN 10,000 PEOPLE WERE SERVED IN RURAL MALAWI. THIS INCLUDES, 8,000 PEOPLE PARTICIPATING IN CHRISTIAN OUTREACH ACTIVITIES; 400 CHILDREN RECEIVING GROWTH MONITORING SERVICES, 160 GIRLS RESCUED FROM CHILD MARRIAGES, 824 INDIVIDUALS PARTICIPATING IN VILLAGE BANKS, 17 WOMEN TRAINED IN TAILORING SKILLS, AND 8,300 CLIENT VISITS AT THE ZOWE CLINIC. A BRIDGE, LEADING UP TO THE MAIN COMMUNITY, WAS ALSO RECONSTRUCTED AFTER BEING DESTROYED BY FLOODS.
