INPRO EMPLOYED 123 INDIVIDUALS THAT HAVE EXPERIENCED A TRAUMATIC INJURY AND THESE INDIVIDUALS PERFORMED CLEANING SERVICES ADMINISTRATIVE FOBS AND VARIOUS OTHER SMALL JOBS FOR COMPANIES IN THE COMMUNITY. THE EMPLOYEES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLOCKING IN AND OUT AND THEY LEARN HOW TO MANAGE THEIR TIME AND MONEY.
INPRO HAS VARIOUS CONTRACTS WITH COMPANIES TO ASSEMBLE CONTROLLERS AND WIRED BY HAVING THE EMPLOYEES FORM AN ASSEMBLY LINE. THE EMPLOYEES HAVE TO LEARN TO WORK TOGETHER AND HAVE TO MEET GOALS AND DEADLINES.
