TO ADVANCE THE PROFESSION TO IMPROVE HEALTH OUTCOMES FOR OUR COMMUNITY. OUR ACTIVITIES AIM TO HAVE A HIGHLY SKILLED INTERPRETERS COMMUNITY THAT IS ECONOMICALLY SUCCESSFUL AND VALUED AS AN INTEGRAL MEMBER OF THE HEALTH CARE TEAM. IN COLLABORATION WITH HOSPITALS, CCOS, AGENCIES, COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS AND THE STATE, IT HAS IMPROVED LANGUAGE ACCESS THROUGH ON LINE LOW-COST TRAINING, SCHOLARSHIPS, JOB FAIRS, CONFERENCES, ADVOCACY, AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES.
