ENVIRONMENTAL ENHANCEMENTS WHICH INCLUDE PUBLIC SAFETY PATROLS TO SUPPORT CRIME PREVENTION AND REDUCE NUISANCE CRIMES, STREETSCAPE AND LANDSCAPE ENHANCEMENTS TO MAKE DOWNTOWN MORE ATTRACTIVE, GRAFFITTI REMOVAL TO PROVIDE A CLEANER DOWNTOWN ENVIRONMENT, AND GENERAL DOWNTOWN MAINTENANCE INCLUDING SIDEWALK SWEEPING AND STEAM CLEANING.
ECONOMIC ENHANCEMENTS WHICH INCLUDE AN IN-LIEU PARKING PROGRAM TO REMOVE BARRIERS TO DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AND MARKETING AND PROMOTIONS TO IMPROVE DOWNTOWN'S IMAGE AND INVITE CONSUMERS TO DOWNTOWN.
