SEE SCHEDULE O.THE ANNANDALE FOUNDATION, INC'S MISSION IS TO PERPETUATE A VILLAGE COMMUNITY TO PROVIDE PROGRESSIVE LIFE ASSISTANCE TO ADULTS WITH DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES OR TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY SO THAT THEY CAN MAXIMIZE THEIR ABILITIES AND MAINTAIN THEIR INDEPENDENCE IN THE LEAST RESTRICTIVE ENVIRONMENT. ASSISTANCE IS PROVIDED TO ADULTS WITH DISABILITIES INCLUDING AUTISM, ASPERGER SYNDROME, DOWN SYNDROME AND FRAGILE X SYNDROME.

FUNDS FROM THE FOUNDATION ARE EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE SUPPORT OF ITS SUPPORTED ENTITY, ANNANDALE AT SUWANEE, INC. IT IS ANTICIPATED THAT THESE FUNDS WILL BE USED PRIMARILY AT ANNANDALE FOR ANNANDALE'S FEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. THIS PROGRAM ASSISTS CERTAIN FINANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED RESIDENTS OF ANNANDALE BY ALLOWING FOR ANNANDALE TO CHARGE LOWER FEES TO THOSE PERSONS. THUS, IN A SENSE THE USE OF THE FUNDS IS ULTIMATELY RESTRICTED TO CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS, THOSE RESIDENTS AT ANNANDALE WHO ARE FIANCIALLY DISADVANTAGED AND WHO ARE SELECTED FOR THE ANNANDALE FEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM BASED ON THEIR FINANCIAL NEED.
FUNDS ARE GIVEN TO ANNANDALE AT SUWANEE, INC. TO SUPPORT EMPLOYEES IN TIMES OF UNEXPECTED FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
