CULTIVATE LEADERSHIP SEEKS TO MAKE DISCIPLES OF JESUS CHRIST AND PLANT CHURCHES AMONG ASIAN YOUNG PROFESSIONALS THROUGHOUT ASIA.

CULTIVATE MISSIONS' VISION IS TO DISCIPLE AND PLANT CHURCHES THROUGHOUT ASIA. IN 2022, 15 MEN AND WOMEN WERE MENTORED THROUGH THE 9-MONTH LIVING ON A MISSION TRAINING. ADDITIONALLY, A COURSE ON PARENTING WITH BIBLICAL PRINCIPLES WAS TAUGHT OVER 2 MONTHS TO 14 MOTHERS AND FATHERS. ADDITIONALLY, CULTIVATE LEADERSHIP PROVIDED TWO DISCUSSION GROUPS TOTALING 19 PEOPLE THROUGH A 36-WEEK STUDY ON COPING WITH DIFFICULTIES AND RECOGNIZING HOW GOD CAN BRING BENEFIT THROUGH OUR SUFFERING. IN AUGUST 2022, CULTIVATE MISSIONS HELD ITS EIGHTH ANNUAL CHURCH PLANTERS' RETREAT OVER 2 DAYS, WITH 49 OF OUR HOUSE CHURCH LEADERS FOR INTENSIVE TRAINING, TEAM BUILDING AND SPIRITUAL RENEWAL. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION HOSTED AN ONLINE, QUARTERLY "LEADERSHIP COMMUNITY" TO PROVIDE FURTHER EQUIPPING, TIME FOR SHARING ABOUT THEIR MINISTRIES, AND PRAYER TOGETHER. ADDITIONALLY, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED ONE-TO-ONE, ONLINE MENTORING FOR THE CHURCH PLANTERS TO STRENGTHEN THEIR PERSONAL SPIRITUAL GROWTH AND MINISTRY LEADERSHIP SKILLS. IN 2022, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED VISION AND COUNSEL FOR EIGHT CHURCH PLANTS CALLED "GRACE CITY CHURCH." APPROXIMATELY 15 REGULAR PARTICIPANTS ATTENDED EACH GROUP. THESE FELLOWSHIPS MET WEEKLY AND WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR EVANGELISM, SPIRITUAL GROWTH, AND LEADERSHIP TRAINING.
