TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR ASSISTED LIVING AND INDEPENDENT LIVING FOR SENIORS ON A FIXED INCOME TO AGE IN PLACE.

Part 3 - Line 4a
ASSISTED LIVING AND INDEPENDENT APARTMENTS FOR SENIORS. WE ARE CONTINUING TO UPDATE THE FACILITY TO BETTER SUIT THE RESIDENTS.
THE ASSISTED LIVING RENTAL FEES INCLUDE MEALS, AND WE HAVE NOT BROKEN OUT OR ESTIMATED THE PORTION ALLOCABLE.
ACTIVITES TO STIMULATE THE RESIDENTS HAVE BEEN VERY IMPORTANT TO THE FACILITY AND PURPOSE. WE RECEIVE NO ADDITIONAL INCOME FOR THIS, BUT THE RESIDENTS' WELL-BEING AND GENERAL PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH IS IMPROVED BY PROVIDING THEM WITH ACTIVITIES. WE HAVE STAFF SPECIFICALLY HIRED TO PROVIDE THIS STIMULATION TO THE RESIDENTS.
