THE DOTERRA HEALING HANDS FOUNDATION BRINGS HEALING AND HOPE TO THE WORLD BY PROVIDING GLOBAL COMMUNITIES WITH THE TOOLS NEEDED TO BECOME SELF-RELIANT.THROUGH PROJECTS ADDRESSING THE NEEDS OF MICROCREDIT LENDING; ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION, SANITATION, AND CLEAN WATER; AND FIGHTING HUMAN TRAFFICKING, INDIVIDUALS ARE EMPOWERED AND LIVES ARE CHANGED.THE DOTERRA HEALING HANDS FOUNDATION IS A REGISTERED 501(C)(3) NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION. (CONTINUED ON SCHEDULE O)DOTERRA INTERNATIONAL PROVIDES FOR ALL OVERHEAD AND ADMINISTRATIVE COSTS OF THE FOUNDATION, ENSURING THAT 100 PERCENT OF ALL DONATIONS GO DIRECTLY TO THOSE RECEIVING AID. DURING THE CURRENT YEAR, DOTERRA PROVIDED $1,180,000 IN ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT TO THE FOUNDATION. CURRENT UNCERTAIN POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC CONDITIONS RESULTING FROM THE CONFLICTS IN THE UKRAINE AND GAZA, HIGH INTEREST RATES AND INFLATION, AND OTHER GLOBAL CONDITIONS MAY IMPACT CONTRIBUTIONS, AS WELL AS THE FOUNDATION'S ABILITY TO SUPPORT VARIOUS ORGANIZATIONS AROUND THE WORLD AND CARRY OUT ITS MISSION.
