THIS INSTALLATION ENHANCES QUENN ANNE SQUARE TO BETTER SERVE THE PUBLIC NEEDS AND SERVES AS A TRIBUTE TO DORIS DUKE IN RECOGNITION OF HER EXTRAORDINARY EFFORTS IN THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORIC NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND.
