OUR GOALS ARE:1) EARLY LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES: ALL OUR CHILDREN HAVE ACCESSIBLE, AFFORDABLE, AND UNIVERSALLY AVAILABLE CHILDCARE AND EARLY LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES.2) ADVANCING EQUITY: ALL OUR CHILDREN HAVE EQUITABLE OPPORTUNITIES FOR SUCCESS.3) SCHOOL SUCCESS/KINDERGARTEN READINESS: ALL OUR CHILDREN ARE READY FOR SCHOOL AND SCHOOLS ARE READY TO PROVIDE SUCCESS EXPERIENCES FOR ALL CHILDREN.4) LEADERSHIP AND ADVOCACY: SELF WILL PROVIDE LEADERSHIP AND ADVOCACY FOR EARLY LEARNING IN SOUTHWEST WASHINGTON.


ESD 112: THE ORGANIZATION CONTRACTS WITH EDUCATIONAL SERVICE DISTRICT 112 (ESD 112) TO PERFORM EARLY CARE AND EDUCATION PERSONNEL SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION EMPLOYS THE EARLY CARE AND EDUCATIONAL PERSONNEL THAT WORK IN ESD'S CHILD CARE PROGRAMS AND RECEIVES COST REIMBURSEMENT REVENUE RELATED TO THE DIRECT EMPLOYEE EXPENSES IN ADDITION TO AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
