THE ACLU OF UTAH OPERATES THROUGH PUBLIC EDUCATION AND LOBBYING AT BOTH THE STATE AND LOCAL LEVELS TO ENSURE THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND FREEDOMS OF EVERYONE IN UTAH. OUR WORK IS BASED ON THE PROMISE OF RIGHTS OF IMMIGRANT AND LGBTQ COMMUNITIES, ADVANCING RACIAL JUSTICE, REFORMING UTAHS CRIMINAL LEGAL SYSTEM, AND SECURING REPRODUCTIVE FREEDOMS. THE ACLU OF UTAH IS SUPPORTED BY NEARLY 5,000 UTAHNS THROUGH MEMBERSHIP DUES AND PRIVATE DONATIONS.
