BLUE ENGINE OPTIMIZES THE POWER OF TEAM TEACHING - THE APPROACH OF HAVING MULTIPLE TEACHERS WORK TOGETHER IN SERVICE OF SHARED OUTCOMES FOR STUDENTS. BLUE ENGINES APPROACH ARTICULATES THE MINDSETS AND PRACTICES THAT ENABLE TEAMS TO DEEPLY KNOW AND MEET THE DIVERSE NEEDS OF ALL STUDENTS.IN 2021-22, BLUE ENGINE HAD 19 PARTNERSHIPS ACROSS THREE REGIONS (LA, NY AND DC), IMPACTING MORE THAN 3,200 STUDENTS AND NEARLY 160 TEACHERS. IN CLASSROOMS SUPPORTED BY BLUE ENGINE, CO-TEACHERS DEVELOPED THE SKILLS AND EXPERTISE THAT ARE NECESSARY TO ACHIEVE MEANINGFUL RELATIONSHIPS, PROMOTE A CULTURE OF HIGH EXPECTATIONS, AND, ULTIMATELY, GAINS IN ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT.
