GBL'S MISSION IS TO PROVIDE HIGH QUALITY YOUTH BASEBALL FOR RESIDENTS AND THE SURROUNDING COMMUNITY WITH A FOCUS ON DEVELOPING PLAYERS AGES 5-18 IN A COMMUNITY AND COLLEGIAL ENVIRONMENT WITHOUT REGARD TO RACE, RELIGION OR GENDER. THE VOLUNTEER LED ORGANIZATION BRINGS A PRIMARY FOCUS ON GROWING INTER-LEAGUE PLAY IN A SETTING WHERE ALL PLAYERS CONTRIBUTE, AND TEAMS ARE BALANCED IN SKILLS AND LEARN TO PLAY BALL WITH GOOD SPORTSMANSHIP. A SMALLER, COMPLIMENTARY SET OF TOURNAMENT TEAMS PARTICIPATES AND COMPETES IN REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS.
