JOBS FOR LIFE: THE GOAL OF THIS PROGRAM IS TO HELP EACH PARTICIPANTTO OVERCOME ANY EMPLOYMENT BARRIES AND HELP OPEN DOORS FOR SUSTAINABLE WAGE EMPLOYMENT THROUGH THE ASSOCIATION'S NETWORK. THE PROGRAM IMPACTS MORE THAN 50 STUDENTS ANUALLY AND IS A 4-WEEK CLASS THAT INCLOSE THE JOB TRAINING EXPERIENCE AS PART OF THEIR CURRICULUM.
MOSAIC RESALE SHOP: A THRIFT STORE THAT PROVIDES RETAIL TRAINING AND JOB EXPERIENCES, WHILE PROVIDING AFFORDABLE NECESSITIES.
COURT REFERRAL IS A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES ADMINISTRATIVE AND PAYROLL SUPPORT TO THE BERRIEN COUNTY COURT REFERRAL TEAM, WHO IS REPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING, SCHEDULING, AN DPLACEMENT OF CRIMINAL AND JUVENILE OFFENDERS WHO ARE SENTENCED BY THE COURT TO PERFORM UNPAID VOLUNTEER COMMUINTY SERVICE.
