WE PRODUCED NEW REPORTS, EVENTS, AND MET WITH KEY OFFICIALS TO DEMONSTRATE THE NEED FOR WHOLESALE POWER MARKET REFORMS AND UPGRADED AND EXPANDED TRANSMISSION LINES TO ENABLE MORE OF THE LOW-COST CLEAN ENERGY CONSUMERS' DEMAND.
