THE BREAST CANCER AWARENESS INITIATIVE HAD A FEW COMPONENTS THAT INCLUDED EDUCATION, SEMINARS ON SELF-EXAMS, PREVENTIVE CARE, NUTRITIONAL FACTS, PROFESSIONALS THAT WERE SPEAKERS THAT SHARED HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES AND THE CONTINUATION TO LEARN WHILE WE LIVE. TELEVISION SPOTS WERE BROADCASTED FOR BOTH TELEVISION AND RADIO ALONG WITH SOCIAL MEDIA OUTLETS. THE INITIATIVE HAS REACHED OVER 12.000 PEOPLE THIS NUMBER DOESN'T INCLUDE MEDIA CAMPAIGNS.
SAINTS AHOY CRUISE IS PRODUCED TO RAISE PROCEEDS FOR OUR FOUNDATION. WE PRODUCE INFORMATIONAL MATERIALS THAT COVER NUTRITIONAL FACTS ABOUT CANCER, HEALTHIER LIFESTYLES, PRESCREENING AND EDUCATION. WE PRODUCE MORNING WORKOUT SESSIONS THAT ARE HOSTED BY A FEW OF THE NEW ORLEANS SAINTS. APPROXIMATELY 300 PEOPLE IN OUR GROUP BUT HAD OVER 2200 GUEST ON THE ENTIRE EXCURSION
TIM LELITO BIG SHOT SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT A TWO WEEK EVENT THAT INCLUDES A SOFTBALL TOURNAMENT THE FIRST WEEKEND AND A SOFTBALL GAME THE SECOND WEEK. THIS EVENT GAVE US THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE THE PRESENTING SPONSOR IN ADDITION TO HAVING THE OPPURTUNITY TO HIGHLIGHT MANY EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, DISCUSS PRESCREENINGS, NUTRITIONAL FACTS, PATIENT NAVIGATION PROGRAMS. THESE ARE ALL COMPONENTS OF OUR MISSION. THIS EVENT HOSTED OVER 1500 PEOPLE FOR THE TWO WEEK EVENT.
