CONSULTATION PROVIDES ONE-ON-ONE AND TAILORED SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WITH SOCIAL CHALLENGES AND BUSINESSES WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH SOCIAL CHALLENGES AND BUSINESSES WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS WITH SOCIAL CHALLENGES.
SOCIAL COACHING PROGRAM PROVIDES OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE SOCIAL SKILLS ON A WEEKLY BASIS UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A TRAINED FACILITATOR IN A SMALL GROUP SETTING.
TRAINING - WE PROVIDE AND TAILOR REQUESTED TRAININGS. THESE INCLUDE JOB COACHING TRAINING, DIVERSITY AND SOCIAL COACHING TRAINING. THE PURPOSE OF JOB COACHING TRAINING IS TO TRAIN NEW AND CURRENT JOB COACHES, NON-PROFITS, PARAEDUCATORS AND ORGANIZATION REPRESENTATIVES WITH A FOCUS ON CREATING A SUCCESSFUL WORK ENVIRONMENT FOR THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AND THEIR EMPLOYERS.
