THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDES DIFFERENT TYPES OF LEADERSHIP TRAININGS TO STRENGTHEN THE WORKERS. WHEN NECESSARY, CCT ASSISTS WORKERS TAKE PROPER ACTION TO RESOLVE ANY RIGHTS VIOLATIONS.
