PAGAF AT PRAYER - PACIFIC GHANAIAN ADVENTIST FELLOWSHIP (PAGAF) ORGANIZED A WEEKLY PRAYER MEETING VIRTUALLY FOR MEMBERS TO PROMOTE PRAYERS, ENCOURAGE AND STRENGTHENS ITS MEMBERS SPIRITUALLY. EVERY THURSDAY IN COURSE OF THE YEAR, MEMBERS MET VIRTUALLY TO PRAY. WEEKLY ATTENDANCE BY MEMBERS AVERAGES ABOUT 50 MEMBERS. ANNUAL RETREAT THIS IS THE MOST ANTICIPATED IN-PERSON PROGRAM FOR MEMBERS OF PACIFIC GHANAIAN ADVENTIST FELLOWSHIP (PAGAF) EACH SUMMER. HOWEVER, PAGAF ORGANIZED A VIRTUAL RETREAT FOR MEMBERS IN 2021 DUE TO COVID-19 PANDEMIC FROM SUNDAY JULY 25 THROUGH SATURDAY JULY 31, 2021. THE THEME FOR THE RETREAT WAS THY KINGDOM COME. IT WAS ATTENDED BY ABOUT 200 PLUS MEMBERS INCLUDING CHILDREN, YOUNG ADULTS AND ADULTS FROM BAY AREA-CALIFORNIA, DENVER-COLORADO, FRESNO CALIFORNIA, HOUSTON-TEXAS, LOS ANGELES- CALIFORNIA, OKLAHOMA -, MEMPHIS-TENNESSEE, PHOENIX-ARIZONA, RIVERSIDE- CALIFORNIA, SEATTLE-WASHINGTON. MEMBERS WERE TAKEN THROUGH TOPICS AND STRATEGIES TO EMPOWER MEMBERS TO SUCCESSFULLY DEAL WITH SPIRITUAL, PHYSICAL, MENTAL HEALTH, AND SOCIAL CHALLENGES. ABOVE ALL, MEMBERS WERE EQUIPPED TO PREPARE THEMSELVES AND OTHERS FOR THE COMING OF CHRIST. PAGAF ALSO ORGANIZED VIRTUALLY FOUR QUARTERLY MEETINGS ON VARIOUS TOPICS WHICH WERE ATTENDED BY THE AFOREMENTIONED PARTICIPANTS FROM THE VARIOUS CHURCHES. PAGAF ALSO SUPPORTED THE FAMILIES OF 3 MEMBERS WHO PASSED ON DURING THE YEAR. PAGAF ALSO SUPPORTED THE LOS ANGELES CHURCH TO ORGANIZE A VIRTUAL MUSICAL PROGRAM. OVER A 1000 DEVICES WATCHED ACROSS THE VARIOUS SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS THAT STREAMED LIVE THE PROGRAM. ALL THESE ACTIVITIES STRENGTHENED THE RELATIONSHIPS AMONGST MEMBERS AND WITH GOD!
