THE TURNING FOUNDATION IS ORGANIZED TO SEEK, SECURE, AND DISTRIBUTE RESOURCES IN SUPPORT OF IMPROVING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES AND STUDENT ACHIEVEMENT IN K-16 SETTINGS. IN KEEPING WITH THIS PURPOSE THE CORPORATION SHALL ENGAGE IN A VARIETY OF SERVICES, SUCH AS SUPPORT THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT VISION AND PLAN, AND IDENTIFY POTENTIAL RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT PLAN THROUGH MATCHING NEEDS WITH POTENTIAL FUNDERS. THE TURNING FOUNDATION WILL FACILITATE CONVERSATIONS AMONG FUNDERS IN AN EFFORT TO "BUNDLE" MULTIPLE RESOURCES TO SUPPORT THE COST OF YOUR OVERALL PLAN. THE TURNING FOUNDATION WILL ALSO ASSIST WITH THE GRANT APPLICATION PROCESS ALONG WITH THE IMPLEMENATION, START UP, EVALUATION AND GRANT REPORTING AS NEEDED.
THE EMPLOYEE CRISIS FUND WAS ESTABLISHED TO SUPPORT EMPLOYEES OF TURNING TECHNOLOGIES WHEN THEY MAY BE DIRECTLY IMPACTED BY SEVERE HARDSHIP, CRISIS OR A CATASTROPHIC INCIDENT THAT IS BEYOND THEIR CONTROL.
