CHILDHOPE NETWORK SHALL EXIST TO BE AN ADVOCATE FOR AT-RISK CHILDREN IN LATIN AMERICA AND THE CARIBBEAN. AS SUCH, IT WILL IDENTIFY AND RESPOND TO THE NEEDS OF AT-RISK CHILDREN BY COLLABORATING WITH REPUTABLE ORGANIZATIONS COMMITTED TO A COMMON VISION OF PROVIDING EDUCATION AND ASSISTANCE TO SUCH CHILDREN. CHILDHOPE NETWORK WILL ACTIVELY PROMOTE THE CAUSE OF AT-RISK CHILDREN BY RECEIVING AND EVALUATING REQUESTS FOR ASSISTANCE, BY SEEKING AVAILABLE RESOURCES AND BY FACILITATING THE DISTRIBUTION OF SUCH RESOURCES.
