OPERATION OF BENEDICTINE LIVING COMMUNITY - BISMARCK HOUSING, A 56-UNIT ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY AND 41-UNIT BASIC CARE FACILITY IN BISMARCK, NORTH DAKOTA WHICH PROVIDES HOUSING AND SERVICES TO THE ELDERLY. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2021, THE ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY HAD AN AVERAGE OCCUPANCY OF 81.8% AND SERVED 94 INDIVIDUALS AND THE BASIC CARE FACILITY HAD AN AVERAGE OCCUPANCY OF 95.2% AND SERVED 57 INDIVIDUALS.
