THE ORGANIZATION OUTFITTED A STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY & LEARNING CENTER (TLC) LOCATED AT THE MAIN LIBRARY. INSTRUCTOR-LED CLASSES WILL INCLUDE EVERYTHING FROM SAFELY SHOPPING ONLINE TO RESEARCHING YOUR FAMILY TREE, TO DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY AND GRAPHICS, TO USING DATABASES FOR RESEARCH. THE TLC WILL ALSO PROVIDE RESOURCES FOR JOB SEEKERS AND BUDDING ENTREPRENEURS. IN ADDITION, THE TLC'S RESOURCES WILL HELP EXPAND THE LIBRARY'S HOMEWORK CENTER BY PROVIDING NEW BREAKOUT SPACES, FURNISHINGS, AND MATERIALS TO THE CITY'S K-12 STUDENTS.
NOCHE DE FIESTA BLOCK PARTY WAS HELD IN JULY 2022 TO ENJOY MUSIC, DANCING, ARTS AND CRAFTS, FOOD TRUCKS, AND A BEER GARDEN CELEBRATING THE LIBRARY AND THE BRAZILIAN AND HISPANIC CULTURE OF DOWNTOWN FRAMINGHAM.
