PSYCHOSOCIAL REHABILITATION - THIS SERVICE IS PROVIDED BY QUALIFIED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS AND ASSISTS INDIVIDUALS IN LEARNING TO COPE AND MANAGE THEIR MENTAL HEALTH ILLNESSES.
CASE MANAGEMENT INCLUDES ASSISTANCE TO CLIENTS BY LINKING THEM TO COMMUNITY SERVICES FOR HOUSING, FOOD, LEGAL MATTERS, ETC.
PSYCHIATRIC SERVICES INCLUDES PSYCHIATRIC EVALUATION, ASSESSMENT AND THE PRESCRIBING OF PSYCHOTROPIC MEDICATIONS APPROPRIATE TO THE CLIENTS MENTAL ILLNESS.
THE COUNSELING PROGRAM PROVIDES MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELING TO INDIVIDUALS WITH MENTAL HEALTH ILLNESSES.
