THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES CLINICS IN TWELVE LOCATIONS SERVING HOUGHTON, IRON, MARQUETTE, MENOMINEE AND ONTONAGON COUNTIES. SERVICES (ONSITE AND THROUGH REFERRAL) INCLUDE PRIMARY CARE, ORAL HEALTH CARE AND BEHAVIORAL HEALTH SERVICES, SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELING, ENABLING SERVICES, SPECIALTY CARE/SERVICES, EDUCATION AND COMPREHENSIVE OUTREACH.
