FOR HER GLORY FUND PRESERVES THE DIGNITY, SELF-ESTEEM AND SENSE OF WELL BEING OF CANCER SURVIVORS WHO NEED WIGS, PROSTHESES, MASTECTOMY BRAS, OR OTHER ITEMS AS A RESULT OF CHEMICALLY INDUCED BALDNESS OR MASTECTOMY. THE FOR HER GLORY FUND SEEKS TO HELP RESTORE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THOSE CANCER SURVIVORS WHO CANNOT FINANCIALLY SECURE THESE PRODUCTS THROUGH OTHER RESOURCES.
THE HARVEST OF HOPE FUND EDUCATES AND SUPPORTS PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY WHO HAVE BEEN TOUCHED BY CANCER. WE WORK AS A COLLABORATIVE GROUP OF INVOLVED ONCOLOGY PROFESSIONALS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO IMPROVE AWARENESS OF CANCER PREVENTION, DETECTION AND TREATMENT, AND TO IMPROVE SURVIVORSHIP AND THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF EACH PATIENT IN NORTHEAST GEORGIA. WE STRIVE TO FULFILL OUR MISSION THROUGH INCREASED PUBLIC EDUCATION AND ADVOCACY AND BY ACTING AS "NAVIGATORS", OFFERING PERSONAL GUIDANCE THROUGH THE TOUGH DECISION-MAKING AND FINANCIAL PRESSURES INVOLVED IN ACCESSING SERVICES RELATED TO CANCER TREATMENT.
THE EMBRACING LIFE FUND IS DEDICATED TO PROVIDED WEEK LONG RESPITE RETREATS TO CANCER PATIENTS WHO DO NOT HAVE THE FUNDS, IN ORDER TO FILL THEIR LIVES WITH NEW EXPERIENCES AND MEMORIES TO REFLECT UPON AND CHERISH WHILE MOVING FORWARD WITH LIFE AND SERVICE AS A MENTAL REPRIEVE FROM BATTLES WITH CANCER.
