THE ORGANIZATION FUNDRAISES ON BEHALF OF THE CAPUCHIN PROVINCE OF MID-AMERICA, INC. (THE PROVINCE), A CATHOLIC ORDER OF PRIESTS LOCATED IN DENVER, COLORADO. THIS ORGANIZATION IS A KANSAS NONPROFIT ENTITY THAT IS EXEMPT FROM FEDERAL INCOME TAX BY REASON OF DESCRIPTION IN SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE. ALL OF THE FUNDS RAISED AND EARNED BY THE ORGANIZATION WILL BE USED TO SUPPORT THE VARIOUS ACTIVITIES OF THE PROVINCE INCLUDING:1. TO SOLICIT, RECEIVE, MAINTAIN AND ADMINISTER A FUND FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PROVINCE.2. TO AID IN THE EDUCATION OF PERSONS COMMITTED TO THE PROVINCE.3. TRANSFERS TO THE PROVINCE'S VANGUARD ACCOUNT WERE INITIATED ON 6.25.19 AND THE TRANSFER WAS COMPLETED ON JULY 2, 2019. IN JUNE OF 2020 THE REMAINING BALANCE OF ASSETS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO THE CAPUCHIN PROVINCE OF MID-AMERICA, INC. AND A FINAL RETURN WAS FILED.
