THE PROJECT COPE PROGRAM PROVIDED EMERGENCY UTILITY BILL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS OF COLORADO SPRINGS UTILITIES. THROUGH PARTNERSHIPS WITH NINE NONPROFIT AGENCIES, THE FOUNDATION PROVIDED ASSISTANCE TO 1,993 HOUSEHOLDS WHICH INCLUDED 2,441 CHILDREN AND 3,081 ADULTS TO HELP KEEP THEIR ENERGY AND WATER SERVICES ACTIVE.
