COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT:TEAM TELOMERE EXPANDED ITS COMMUNITY CARE PACKAGE AND LEGACY BOX PROGRAM. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO PROVIDED SUPPORT TO INDIVIDUALS THROUGH THE COMMUNITY ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. REGIONAL MEETUPS IN NEW LOCATIONS AND RETREAT AT CAMP SUNSHINE FOSTERED COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND PROVIDED VALUABLE SUPPORT.
RESEARCH:TEAM TELOMERE ISSUED A $10,000 GRANT TO UPLIFTING ATHLETES AND A $24,000 GRANT TO THE UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA TO ADVANCE TBD RESEARCH. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO DELIVERED HUNDREDS OF COPIES OF THE TBD DIAGNOSIS AND MANAGEMENT GUIDELINES AND EXPANDED EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES.
