KENTUCKY OPPORTUNITY COALITION ALSO SPONSORS IN-DEPTH POLICY RESEARCH ON SIGNIFICANT ISSUES, ESPECIALLY THOSE THAT ARE CURRENTLY UNDER-REPORTED BUT ARE LIKELY TO HAVE A SUBSTANTIAL IMPACT ON GOVERNMENT POLICYMAKING IN THE FUTURE.
