FREE TO SMILE FOUNDATION IS DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING AND SUSTAINING COMPREHENSIVE, QUALITY SURGICAL AND DENTAL SERVICES TO POOR AND UNDER-PRIVILEGED CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.
