URBANPROMISE INTERNATIONAL CONTINUED TO SUPPORT ELEVEN MINISTRIES IN MALAWI, AFRICA, THREE IN UGANDA, AFRICA, TWO IN LIBERIA, AFRICA, ONE IN EUROPE, ONE IN KENYA, AFRICA, THREE IN NIGERIA, AFRICA, THREE IN CANADA, NORTH AMERICA, THREE IN CENTRAL/SOUTH AMERICA, AND SEVEN IN THE USA, NORTH AMERICA. VISAS WERE OBTAINED FOR STUDENTS TO COME TO THE UNITED STATES FROM THESE FOREIGN SITES TO FURTHER THEIR EDUCATION AND TRAINING AND TO BE ABLE TO BOTH ASSIST THE ONGOING PROGRAMS ESTABLISHED AND TO START NEW PROGRAMS ON THEIR RETURN TO THEIR COUNTRIES. URBANPROMISE INTERNATIONAL ALSO ESTABLISHED A PARTNERSHIP WITH CAIRN UNIVERSITY SO INTERNATIONAL LEADERS COULD SUPPLEMENT THEIR FELLOWSHIP WITH A MASTERS IN NONPROFIT LEADERSHIP.
UPI FELLOWSHIP PARTNERED WITH OUR MINISTRIES IN AFRICA TO TRAIN APPROXIMATELY 15 STUDENTS, LEARNING THE PROGRAMMATIC MODEL OF URBANPROMISE AND HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS. THE STUDENTS RECEIVE A MASTERS DEGREE FROM CAIRN UNIVERSITY. URBANPROMISE INTERNATIONAL WORKED WITH YOUNG PROFESSIONALS AT OTHER URBANPROMISE LOCATIONS, SUCH AS WILMINGTON AND CAMDEN, FOR CONTINUED OVERSIGHT AND GUIDANCE.
