THE ARIZONA FOUNDATION FOR THE FUTURE OF NURSING AZFFN IS THE PHILANTHROPIC ARM OF THE ARIZONA NURSES ASSOCIATION. THE MISSION IS TO ENSURE ARIZONA HAS A SUSTAINABLE NURSING WORKFORCE TO PROVIDE QUALITY CARE FOR THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS OF OUR DIVERSE AND GROWING POPULATION. OVERSEEN BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES BOT, THE AZFFN IS A 501C3 FOCUSED ON SCHOLARSHIPS, WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT, AND LEADERSHIP. THE BOT IS COMPRISED OF A CHAIR, VICE-CHAIR, SECRETARY, TREASURER, SECRETARY AND 4 DIRECTORS AT LARGE. AZFFN IS WORKING HARD TO EXPAND RELATIONSHIPS, SUPPORT INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS THAT ALIGN WITH THE MISSION, AND RECOGNIZE THE VALUE OF NURSING THROUGH COMMUNITY OUTREACH. GIFTS AND GRANTS FROM GENEROUS DONORS PROVIDES THE FUNDING RESOURCE TO SUPPORT THE WELLBEING AND SUCCESS OF INDIVIDUAL NURSES, ELEVATE THE VALUE OF NURSING AND ENSURE A SUSTAINABLE WORKFORCE FOR THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM.
