TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE - ASISTA'S TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE & TRAINING PROGRAM PROVIDES EXPERT CASE CONSULTATION, AKA TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE, TRAININGS AND RESOURCES TO ATTORNEYS AND ADVOCATES NAVIGATING THE COMPLEX IMMIGRATION SYSTEM ON BEHALF OF SURVIVORS OF GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE, INCLUDING INTERVENING IN SPECIFIC CASES AS NEEDED.


OFFICE ON VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN ("OVW") - ASISTA'S OVW TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROVIDES EXPERT TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE ON SURVIVOR-BASED FORMS OF IMMIGRATION RELIEF TO ATTORNEYS AND LEGAL ADVOCATES.
