THESE PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO REDUCE UNEMPLOYMENT, REDUCE RECIDIVISM, AND INCREASE SMALL BUSINESS OWNERSHIP AMONGST PROGRAM PARTICIPANTS.BUSINESS AND WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS IN 2021 INCLUDED AUTO DETAILING SERVICES, CATERING SERVICES, HOME IMPROVEMENT SERVICES, AND LANDSCAPING SERVICES.
