THE MAGELLAN INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL IMPLEMENTS THE INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE (IB) CURRICULUM, A WORLD-RENOWNED INTERNATIONAL, MULTIDISCIPLINARY PROGRAM OF EDUCATION DESIGNED TO FOSTER THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE WHOLE PERSON THROUGH AN EMPHASIS ON INTELLECTUAL, PERSONAL, EMOTIONAL AND SOCIAL GROWTH. IN ADDITION, THE SCHOOL HAS DEVELOPED A SCOPE & SEQUENCE BASED ON LOCAL, NATIONAL, AND INTERNATIONAL EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES IN SCIENCE, MATH, HUMANITIES AND THE ARTS. TAUGHT IN ENGLISH, SPANISH AND MANDARIN, THIS PROGRAM BOTH NURTURES AND CHALLENGES ITS STUDENTS, PREPARING THEM TO BE ACTIVE PARTICIPANTS IN A LIFELONG JOURNEY OF LEARNING.
