THE CIC ACQUIRES LAND AND BUILDINGS TO ADVANCE, ENCOURAGE, AND PROMOTE THE INDUSTRIAL, ECONOMIC, COMMERCIAL AND CIVIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON. THE CITY OF WORTHINGTON MAINTAINS THE OWNERSHIP OF CERTAIN PROPERTY WITH THE CIC ADMINISTERING THE LEASE AGREEMENTS.
