AMBASSADOR PROGRAM :THE AMBASSADOR PROGRAM IS YBLA'S LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT, EDUCATION, AND COMMUNITY SERVICE PROGRAM. WE HAVE ABOUT 200 STUDENTS FROM HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE AND YOUNG PROFESSIONALS IN THIS PROGRAM.


YLEADER PROGRAM : THE YLEADER PROGRAM IS A 100% VIRTUAL PROGRAM FOCUSED ON COLLEGE AND CAREER PREP. THE PROGRAM HAS 125-180 STUDENTS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR.


THE BLACK TALENT PIPELINE PROGRAM PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT, NETWORKING, OPPORTUNITIES TO INCREASE SOCIAL CAPITAL AND SERVE ABROAD
