FREEDOM SCHOOL PARTNERS (FSP) MAIN PROGRAM SERVICE IS TO INSPIRE SCHOLARS TO LOVE LEARNING, BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES, AND CREATE EXTRAORDINARY FUTURES. DURING 2023 SUMMER, FSP OPERATED 12 FREEDOM SCHOOL SITE ACROSS CHARLOTTE, SERVING 653 SCHOLARS. FSP COLLABORATED WITH 62 ENRICHMENT PROVIDERS AND MANAGED OVER 1,690 AFTERNOON PROGRAMS. MORE THAN 12,100 BOOKS WERE DISTRIBUTED TO SCHOLARS TO BUILD HOME LIBRARIES. FSP PROVIDED 490 BACK-TO-SCHOOL KITS TO SCHOLARS, COMMUNITY MEMBERS AND TEACHERS CONTAINING MORE THAN 21,200 SCHOOL SUPPLY ITEMS.
