WOMEN'S COOP IS WOMEN HELPING WOMEN WORKING TOGETHER TO IMPROVE LIVES FAMILIES AND OUR COMMUNITY. WE FOSTER AN ACTIVE NETWORK OF SUPPORT THAT PROVIDES MUCH NEEDED RESOURCES FOR CAREER TRAINING EDUCATION AND LIFE MANAGEMENT.

Part 3 - Line 4a

OUR WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TEACHES JANITORIAL SKILLS TO PARTICIPANTS TO ENABLE THEM TO ENTER THE WORKFORCE. WE ALSO PLACE TRAINEES INTO POSITIONS WITH LOCAL BUSINESS AND UPON SUCCESSFUL PROGRAM COMPLETION THEY WILL BECOME REGULAR EMPLOYEES OF THAT COMPANY.


WE PROVIDE RESILIENCY AND LIFE ENRICHMENT CLASSES TO SUPPORT WOMEN AND BUILD STRONGER FAMILIES AS WELL AS EDUCATION SUUPORT. THESE CLASSES ARE TAUGHT BY PROGRAM STAFF AND PRESENT LIFE SKILL DEVELOPMENT STRATEGIES AS WELL AS EFFECTIVE WAYS OF BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG FAMILY RELATIONSHIPS.


WE PROVIDE FUNDING TO MEMBERS IN NEED TO HELP THEM MAINTAIN THEIR JOBS HOMES AND FAMILIES.
