PATIENT SUPPORT: MICHAEL'S MISSION FUNDS SEVERAL PROGRAMS THAT DIRECTLY HELP PATIENTS, THEIR FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS. OUR PROGRAMS ARE DESIGNED TO PROVIDE SUPPORT SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE CARE CONTINUUM - FROM DIAGNOSIS THOUGH SURVIVORSHIP. TWO OF OUR INITIATIVES, THE MICHAEL'S MISSION PATIENT NAVIGATOR AND PATIENT & FAMILY SUPPORT PROGRAMS ARE UNIQUE TO THE COLON CANCER COMMUNITY, PROVIDING ONE-OF-A-KIND SERVICES TO ALL THOSE AFFECTED BY THIS DISEASE.
