IT PROVIDES CLINICAL EDUCATION AND CONTINUING EDUCATION TO PROMOTE RECRUITMENT AND RETENTION OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS FOR RURAL WEST-CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA. IT FACILITATES RESEARCH AND CLINICAL TRAINING IN THE PREVENTION AND MANAGEMENT OF CHRONIC DISEASE WITH EMPHASIS ON MODIFICATION OF LIFESTYLE.
