PROMOTE, FOSTER, ENHANCE AND SUPPORT THE PUBLIC REPORTING OF HEALTH QUALITY MEASURES AND FACILITATE CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT IN THE TREATMENT OF THESE HEALTH CONDITIONS.
