ATHENA'S MISSION IS TO PROMOTE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH FOR WOMEN IN STEM (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, MATHEMATICS)-RELATED INDUSTRIES.ATHENA REPRESENTS SENIOR EXECUTIVES, ENTREPRENEURS, EDUCATORS AND EMERGING EXECUTIVES. ATHENA SUPPORTS MEMBERS AT THE TOP OF THEIR FIELD WHILE PAVING THE WAY FOR THOSE ON THEIR WAY UP.

PINNACLE AWARDSANNUAL EVENT IN WHICH AN EDUCATOR, INDIVIDUALS AND COMPANIES ARE RECOGNIZED FOR SUPPORTING THE ANTHENA MISSION. FIVE SCHOLARSHIPS ARE ALSO AWARDED TO HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS PURSUING A CAREER IN THE SCIENCES (SCIENCE, MATH, ENGINEERING, COMPUTER SCIENCE) WHO DEMOSTRATE ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, LEADERSHIP IN SCHOOL ORGANIZATIONS, AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT.


SPECIAL INTEREST PROGRAMMINDUSTRY FOCUSED PEER GROUPS (LIFE SCIENCES, TECHNOLOGY, CFO, ASSOCIATE & C-SUITE) WHICH SUPPORT THE NEEDS OF WOMEN IN THEIR RESPECTIVE INDUSTRIES/DEMOGRAPHICS.
