ELDERCARE PERSONS SERVED: 135 NON-MEDICAL SERVICES TO SENIORS TO MAINTAIN INDEPENDENT LIVING. INCLUDES HOMEMAKER AND CHORE SERVICES, TRANSPORTATION, GROCERY DELIVERY, FRIENDLY VISITING, CARE CO-ORDINATION, WELLNESS EDUCATION.
CAREGIVER SUPPORT AND RESPITE PERSONS SERVED: 79 SERVICES TO AID CAREGIVERS REDUCE THE BURDEN AND STRESS OF CARE GIVING. INCLUDES CARE GIVER CONSULTATION, IN-HOME RESPITE CARE, EDUCATION WORKSHOPS, SUPPORT GROUP MEETINGS.
