THE ORGANIZATION IS REVITALIZING 25 ACRES IN VOLUSIA COUNTY, FLORIDA INTO AN AFFORDABLE HOUSING COMMUNITY COMPRISED OF 112 UNITS OF MIXED-INCOME FAMILY RENTAL HOUSING TO BE KNOWN AS LAUREL VILLAS AND AT LEAST 96 UNITS OF ELDERLY OR DISABLED RENTAL HOUSING TO BE KNOWN AS LAUREL COURT. BOTH LAUREL VILLAS AND LAUREL COURT WILL SERVE HOUSEHOLDS WITH INCOME NOT TO EXCEED 60% OF THE AREA MEDIAN INCOME.
