SINCE ITS FORMATION, THE OIPA HAS BEEN ABLE TO HELP PROVIDE ITS MEMBERS WITH THE SUPPORT AND RESOURCES NECESSARY TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT LOCAL, STATE, REGIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL PAGEANTRY EVENETS. THE OIPA IS CONTINUALLY WORKING WITH IRS MEMBERSHIP TO DETERMINE WHAT NEW PERFORMANCE CLASSIFICATIONS, EDUCATIONAL SESSIONS AND SPECIAL EVENTS SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE CIRCUIT'S SERVICES TO BEST SERVE THE MEMBERS AND CREAT THE MOST POSITIVE PERFORMANCE AND EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE FOR THE STUDENTS, INSTRUCTORS AND ADJUDICATORS INVOLVED.
