PROVIDE TRAINING AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO ENHANCE AND EXPAND THE CAPACITY OF NON-ATTORNEY LEGAL ADVOCATES WORKING WITH SURVIVORS OF SEXUAL ASSAULT DOMESTIC VIOLENCE DATING VIOLENCE AND STALKING.
